Description of the job

Are you experience in trading floor support? Have you managed projects in a truly internationational
environment? Come join us at Airbus, in Toulouse-Blagnac, and contribute to our customer delivery as IT Product Manager Trading.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and supporting the trading platforms & services within the Treasury Solutions department at Airbus.

You will work with the team that is supporting the operational treasury platform, in a truly international environment (Airbus financial and IT Staff, External treasury system providers, consultants, Airbus multi-functional support team, Airbus treasury team and internal customers).

Tasks & accountabilities

As Project Manager you will be the interface between Treasury, AIRBUS internal IT departments and external Treasury System service providers (SWIFT, Reuters, e.g.)
Provide project management within IT topics to all larger Treasury projects, Provide strong input during the design and implementation phase based on your own experience with major treasury/banking systems, Support all aspects of the system to be implemented and identify potential gaps with customer requirements, Support the AIRBUS treasury processes to be implemented with any new IT infrastructure implementation within the Treasury department, Guarantee the business continuity, change and release management.
In that frame you will document of all given Treasury IT tasks in a consistent way.With your new eye
you will automate recurring tasks whenever possible instead of managing manual work. You will organize and manage relevant meetings to deliver this service.
As Trading floor support you will ensure the dedicated Support for all Treasury software issues – Reuters, Bloomberg, Calypso, JBenix, Swift, etc…
Daily monitoring of treasury tools and external connections in cooperation with the internal multifunctional team, Daily incident management: approximately 5 incidents per day have to be expected by the actually 80 Treasury workplaces, Dedicated First Level Support for Treasury hardware and software issues (clients, servers, desktops, printers, laptops, networking and communication equipment) with the support of AIRBUS internal IT departments.
Dedicated First Level Support for treasury specific applications and materials for Airbus companies in line with Airbus security rules. You will contribute to continuous process improvement and also strengthen Treasury security processes: Cyber Monitoring Center, Quarterly User review, Audits…
This role will involve some travel for business (maximum once a month) in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. On Duty activities (French bank holidays) is part of the job.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to a Master degree level in Finance, At least 3 years of experience within a treasury of a major corporate, bank, or treasury consultant, Project management experience (definition and implementation) A good knowledge and experience of Reuters, Bloomberg, Swift, JBNIX, Capacity to work in an international context, Pro-active and Customer-service oriented approach, Good communication skills to deal with treasury external service providers, Risk base approach, creative and innovative thinking Team Player and collaborative mind-set Language skills: Negotiation level of English. French, Spanish, German could be a plus.
