An exciting opportunity to join a new Global Product Advocacy team at Aircall is now available. This opportunity is to design, plan and manage, the Product Enablement strategy for Aircall’s Revenue teams and Ecosystem (Partners, Customers, Prospects). This work will directly impact the growth, productivity, and success of several business units within this organization. This role is a newly created position to work directly alongside the business leaders and our Solutions teams, to be the content owner on the Product enablement experience for Aircall GTM organization. 
You will lead a team of 1 other Product Advocate, and run this program in autonomy. You will have access to Technical resources within the Solutions team in order to hit the ground running and build your technical foundation. This is an amazing chance to be at the core of L&D of one of the fastest-growing tech SaaS companies, by impacting both internal and external stakeholders. 
You’ll be responsible for driving product proficiency across our GTM organization and our Partner Ecosystem in a global level, empowering the teams to become experts in our world-class solutions and have effective discussions with customers, clients, and partners at each stage of their Aircall journey. 
Product, PMM, Enablement, and Solutions will be your partner in prioritizing, curating, and building learning content, resources and certifications to equip our team members to fully understand the Aircall product, key integrations, and use cases, and benefits to drive revenue growth.

Your mission @Aircall

Program Design, Development and Maintenance : Design and create set of programs and content required to enable our GTM teams to ramp, grow and succeed at our scheduled pace in terms of Product proficiency. Programs are blending learning channels from online, to on-the-job, in-class enablement, to test and role-plays.

Sales Enablement cooperation : Providing advice and content for the Sales Enablement organisation, and defining alignment between the teams

Content Strategy and Development : Strategize and develop plans to create new content for new product launches or update existing materials 

Content Management: Centralise, organise and maintain the large suite of the Solutions materials, webinars and offerings

Customer Education:  Cooperate with customer marketing to provide technical content in order to teach customers and prospects about how to use the Aircall product at its best

Cross-Functional Alignment : Understand the releases of every new product and feature on a quarterly basis, ability to then plan and prioritise across several regions and teams to design the most impactful solution and technical GTM.

Internal Product certification : Own internal product certification and recertification of revenue teams for upskilling, internal mobility, onboarding and promotions

Program Reporting : Design dashboards and reports on Product enablement progression. Regularly reporting on the completion and impact of these initiatives

Channel Partner Enablement: Cooperate with our Channel Partnerships team to define, build, and deliver Product Enablement Certifications, content, and materials to our third-party partners throughout their journey as Aircall Partners.

Collaboration and Alignment: Work with a large group of stakeholders to align vision, create consistency and close knowledge gaps.

Product evangelist positioning: Establish a track record as a product evangelist of the Aircall product and its core integrations

Product readiness for new features: Own the enablement strategy of the technical GTM for upcoming Aircall product integrations and new feature internally (Revenue teams) and externally (partners/customers)

Identify gaps: Use data to identify gaps in product knowledge, and design interventions to address them.

About you:

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Enablement or Consulting related role, with a consistent proven track record
Passion for sharing your knowledge and motivating your colleagues
Strong communication, organizational and time management skill
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment 
Fluency in English a requirement, Additional European language strong advantage. French not mandatory 
Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful
Experience designing and facilitating training sessions using a variety of mediums including live, virtual, asynchronous and e-learning
You are an inspirational communicator who can captivate busy Sales and Success teams with Product training, and inspire Partners in reselling advanced product solutions 
You are a master of process, driving towards deadlines with rigor and clarity. You are a connector of cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical. You love this about yourself.
You embrace ambiguity and enjoy finding order and simplifying process

Preferred skills:

Know-how of APIs and/or web technologies a plus
CRM/Helpdesk solutions experience a strong advantage
Project Management highly valued
3+ years Program / Project Management experience a nice to have
Learning and Development experience preferable
