Scope
This position reports directly to the Product Line Marketing Director and is dedicated to the cosmetic tubes marketMain activities :
Responsible for managing the product mix, achieving profitable growth and for developing the strategy and implementation plans for the tubes product range in Europe (including tubes for skincare, make-up and oral care market)Define the product portfolio evolution plan, implement the product range extension and propose the strategy for growth.Identify and anticipate customer/market requirements and feed the Innovation pipeline in collaboration with the R&D.Prepare Capital Expenditure requests when needed to support the operationsAssumes the responsability of Need Manager in the NPD (New Product Development) process, ensure that all requested deliverables are delivered in time to guarantee successful product launches on the marketManage launching process : define communication plan for your portfolio, communicate the value proposition and provide the tools and product expertise for the sales teams to be effective and support customer presentations, develop/implement launching plan, do sales presentation, customer visits, ensure feedback and corrective actions when needed.Provide the tools and knowledge for the sales team to be effective and communicate value propositions through the sales organization.Accountability including KPIs

Experience and education
Business administration degreeFirst experience in Marketing and a proven track record in a marketing role in BtoB or BtoCExperience in the Packaging or Beauty industry is a plusKnowledge/Technical Skills required
Fluent in EnglishProduct development in a marketing roleAbility to combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on attitudeLeadership skills
