We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, product focused Marketing Manager with a sound understanding of financial markets and the asset management industry. The successful candidate will work alongside our Investment, Distribution and Compliance teams across the globe in the production of the standard marketing materials for our funds and strategies. The role is B2B/ Wholesale focused. It is essential that the candidate has a positive attitude, is solution oriented and enjoys the dynamics of working within a team that is split across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation of product marketing materials across Equity, Fixed Income and Multi Asset products including:

Developing and defining a product narrative alongside our Investment and Distribution teams
Writing and editing of product related content in line with the product storyline and product objectives
Simplifying sophisticated and technical financial messages – using clean and clear language in marketing communications and materials
Distilling sophisticated copy into visual elements – graphics / charts
Leading the production of Fund Manager videos – from engaging the Manager and briefing of the agency to post-production and publishing
Working with Legal & Compliance to ensure all marketing materials are compliant for distribution to relevant audience and locations
Updating and reviewing product marketing materials
Participating in product launch meetings
Prioritizing tasks in line with the product pipeline and Team Lead, communicating issues early
Abiding by all company processes and policies around the production of client related communications
Assisting with project related tasks, as the need arises
Developing positive relationships throughout the business to support the creation of quality marketing materials

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3/5Y of experience in asset management industry (particularly mutual funds), and a curiosity about global financial markets/market trends
Experience of crafting product marketing materials including writing, designing, and editing of content
Masters’ degree, with a focus on Marketing/ Finance/ Business
Experienced with PowerPoint
Experience of working with Seismic, an advantage
Language(s): Native/proficient English speaker. Other languages such as German, French, Spanish and Italian an advantage
Keen eye for design, creative ability
Strong communication skills
Team player
Delivery focused
