About the role:

You will be responsible of the standardization of quality main processes and performance within testing laboratories.

You will lead the convergence plan between different teams spread in different locations and you will ensure the quality audit for all testing laboratories.

You will act as main actor in implementing continuous improvement culture and you will make sure each improvement of one team is shares with the other teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform quality internal audit and support local team external quality audit
Follow and challenge Quality KPI
Challenge Root cause analysis at each relevant non-conformity
Review implementation of standard ISO17025
Incorporate lessons learned in continuous improvement and ensure improvement are shared within labs
Lead the harmonization of processes & documentation implementation
Harmonize and implement performance plan, follow-up and challenge performance KPI
Organize workload reviews and identify internal solution to local overloading
Propose and support external solutions to support all testing laboratories
Develop local and international low-cost solution
Qualifications

Engineering degree with a major in physical measurement preferably;
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality and testing within a test lab and COFRAC environment
Strong understanding and experience with the standard ISO17025
Very good understanding of test quality processes and tools
Experience in PDCA
Experience in testing of trains or subsystems
Understand interface and impact with other technical domains
Continuous improvement and performance oriented
Very good working experience in an international environment
Flexibility
Solid user of MS Office
Fluency in French and English
