Join a TV media group that is rolling out a new website to increase its digital ad revenues globally (+1 billion of video ad imps)
Nathalie is hiring an Adtech & Monetisation Product Manager Paris - full time position CDI (70K€+)
4 years of work experience within the adtech/digital publishing/SVOD/OTT industry - Expert in ad monetisation - English
MISSION :
Elaborate the global monetisation strategy for the advertising network (video, display, programmatic) and drive the execution of the advertising stack globally (5 regions : France, MENA, Turkey, US/Canada and APAC)
KEY RESULTS :
Identify new digital advertising formats and adtech partners to BE integrated into the advertising stack in order to increase the ad revenues.
Increase and leverage the display inventory (80% of video format currently).
Steamline the Ad Operations globally (being the point of contact of existing 3rd parties/partners such as dailymotion (videoplayer) and social media networks (FB, Snap, Twitter, Youtube, Tik Tok) and help troubleshoot the tech issues hand in hand with the local Adops to ensure campaign delivery. A new platform (web and app) will BE rolled out end in Q1/Q2 2023, the adserver is Google Ad Manager, header bidding is considered in 2023 to maximise yield management).
Establish the reportings of the ad formats monetisation with a strong business focus to make decision (elastic thinking !)
ABOUT YOU
You have good interpersonal skills and a deep knowledge of the adtech industry and the programmatic advertising. You know what a strong advertising stack should look like and how you can help maximising the advertising revenues of a TOP publisher. You ideally have experience in a leading digital TV/media group, OTT or SVOD companies. You will BE joining the global digital team of 8 people and you will interact with Sales & Adops teams on a daily basis. Your manager is the Senior Digital Manager, your n+2 is the Global Digital Director. You have 12 days' leave, benefits such as a mutual insurance company, a top-notch CSE (2 trips per year), a canteen (that of the PSG !), the offices are modern and the atmosphere is fun. There is no teletravail agreement in place but there is flexibility to deal with the imponderables of daily life. The premises are based in Boulogne, near the Pont de Sèvres metro station.
