The role of the Product Manager SC EL is to manage a portfolio of luminaires and monitored system controllers and support 4 to 6 countries more specifically.
Your key deliverables:

Developing and executing a global strategic direction for the assigned portfolio of products. This strategic direction must be aligned to the overall business strategic direction and support Eaton’s growth ambition. Tactically manage the development of the product portfolio to profit plan and forecast. Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product development to obsolescence and aftermarket. Drive marketing part of NPI new product development under Prolaunch process. Assist and validate sales strategy of all countries for NPI under his responsibility. Target margin improvement by valuing USPs. Train and develop key stakeholders so that they become product advocates. Gaining and assisting others in the development of key Voice of the Customer, market intelligence and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required background and skills:
Master or Bachelor of Sciences (electrical or electronic engineering) Financial knowledge appreciated Technical knowledge: Lightning technology preferred Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in related business environment Fluent English skills Soft skills: Passionate, Experience of working with different cultures, Team player, Analytical
Desired:
Further languages especially German, French or Italian are well appreciated
