During our last strategic plan, Edenred Group, and especially the Employee Benefits (EB) Business Line, has highlighted the need to raise the bar in terms of product management excellence:
Provide best digital user experience (incl. innovative features) enabling us to differentiate on the market
Improve tie to market of innovation
Accelerate convergence of our products across Country Business Lines
Additionally, EB Business Line has displayed a strong ambition for innovative features roll-out across the countries over the next years (e.g. roll-out plasticless, complementary payment, Edenred Payment Direct Services – our online private acceptance solution,…). Those innovations are critical to differentiate Edenred offering on the market and therefore boost our user/client satisfaction and gain market share.
Therefore, it is important for the EB Business Line to strengthen its organization to:
Keep a close eye on local/global initiatives to ensure their relevance and assess their potential of replication
Drive the implementation of innovations in our customer journeys
Ensure strong coordination across the different stakeholders (business and technical local and group team)
Monitor the adoption of those innovations in each country and identify best practices to boost adoption

The role of Digital Innovation project manager will be to support the Employee Benefits Head of Innovation in the following activities/responsibilities:
1. Innovation project management at Employee Benefits Business Line
Support the delivery of innovations for a given country or for a group of countries (in coordination with global/region/local resources)
Ensure the good coordination of all stakeholders (business and technical, local and regional and Group/PPS level (our prepaid solution)) for the delivery of innovations.
Ensure a clear alignment with regions/countries on the innovation path before implementation and escalate and prepare arbitrage in case of misalignment
Support the project management (planning / budget …) of the different innovation projects
Interact with the EB product team or the other Business line product teams to ensure alignment in the global innovation path
2.PPS coordination
Lead / contribute some key BL projects with PPS
Monitor KPIs with PPS by Business Unit / region and at Business Line level (e.g. volume processed, performance, costing, …)
Support the RUN phase with countries / PPS to ensure the good quality of service
3. Innovation roadmap monitoring
Build a consolidated innovation roadmap with the region & Business Line Country according to the validated level of priority and relevance/timing for implementation of each innovation (based on expected value generation for the country)
Monitor and communicate on a regular basis the progress of the innovation roadmap implementation with the BL, region and country representatives, identify potential roadblocks and work with the regions/countries to design solutions or escalate when appropriate in case of a need for arbitrage
4.Innovation KPI dashboard monitoring
Build a dashboard to consomidate the monthly use / adoption of our innovations across the Business Line
Set-up the process to collect the monthly figures to fid the dashboard
Monitor the adoption of the innovations in our Business Line Countries through specific non-financial KPIs
Identify best practices to boost adoption and ensure proper sharing of those practices across the countries
Support countries in building an action plan to boost innovation adoption and follow up the plan implementation

You could be our next teammate if:
You have minimum 2-4 years of working experience in project management within a structured technology delivery environment. An exposure to B2B and technological sectors is a plus.
You master all Office suite tools (excel, powerpoint, …) and ideally Power BI
You are rigorous, organized, autonomous and committed
You have excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language in multi-local environments
Fluency in both oral and written English (international teams); other languages appreciated (French, Spanish)
