Euler Hermes is currently undergoing a huge transformation targeting the best digital operating model and customer experience. Part of it is the digital approach to managing documents – a combination of dematerialization (“e-documents”) and avoidance (“documentless”).Emphasis must be made on respecting various legal requirements at a time, since the scope is always global.
We’re searching a highly self-organized product owner to:
Co-design the strategy and solutions for in- and outbound documents management.
Drive it’s implementation throughout EH group.
Define, organize and share the product backlog, based on epics and user stories.
Work closely with the squad and stand-in for the expected quality of service.
Work with legal departments and IT teams to assess legal requirements and adequate technical solutions for document edition, archiving, sharing etc.
Co-design and implement a documentless approach - avoiding the necessity to create and archive pdf or other files, while maintaining proof of data integrity.
Propose and implement e-signature services.
Define, publish and maintain EH-Group wide guidelines on e-document management; Control adherence to those.
Train & Coach Group and Regional stakeholders regarding the above, maintain relationships / best-practice exchange within AZ Group and beyond.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track efficiency gains and customer satisfaction in the e-document area.
As typical skills, we expect from you:
5-8 years of professional experience with a mixed biz (architecture) and IT background.
Highly collaborative, autonomous and self-motivated mindset.
Strong conceptual skills and ability to balance priorities between functional (business), non functional and technical requirements.
Leading by example, without hierarchical position towards the EH stakeholders.
Ability to convince others, based on your strong expertise, and to manage conflict in amiable manner
Thinking the future both in tech aspects as in business aspects (evolution of platforms, ecosystems, partnership strategies).
More interested in results than personal preferences
Professional English and French (not a must), strong communication skills.
Adaptive to rapidly changing technology.
Proven knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum methodology).
Good understanding of REST API design.
A great plus is when you bring in:
Ability to speak any additional language (e.g. German).
Experience with document archiving solutions.
Broad skillset with a mix of marketing and IT, Agile/SCRUM, Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodology.
Business degree or equivalent.
