The Installed Base Business Unit combines the nuclear reactor design and construction activities and the products and services activities necessary for the maintenance, operation, modernization, and improvement of power plants.

In this context, Framatome has the ambition to develop an Installed Base (IB) Digital business by building on its existing Digital portfolio (Cybersecurity, simulation, data analytics, etc.) in Nuclear and in adjacent critical infrastructure market. This role will be key to develop this business within the Installed Base (IB) Business unit which represents about half of Framatome's revenue and margin.

Job description

As IB Cyber and Digital Senior Product Manager,

Your main responsibility is to Lead Cyber Products for EU and to drive the review of the digital portfolio and participate of the investment orientations. These solutions aim to address the needs from worldwide nuclear production and critical infrastructure market (Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Defense, Space, Government, O&G, Chemical etc.) in accordance with IB Development Strategy

1. Lead Cyber Products for EU

FoxGuard’s Patch & Update Management Program and cyber integration platform will be the foundation of your EU Cyber product portfolio.

Your role will be to:

Collaborate and provide guidance to the US FoxGuard product teams to align the roadmap EU customers’ needs.Develop new product solutions to meet commercial, cyber security and compliance requirements of target customers and markets.Represent Framatome in the relevant EU association, regulation working groups and conferences.Prepare and track product roadmap and release schedule and strive to continuously improve product offering to remain competitive within target markets.Track competitive product offerings and report out to executive team.Maintain current knowledge on security standards and compliance requirements relevant to target customers and markets.Be the primary point of contact for partnership opportunities to complement assigned product offering.Be the primary point of contact for product line related discussions with major customer accounts.Forecast operating costs and revenue as input to leadership.Advise management of developments that may affect profit, schedule, costs and/or customer relations.Define and coordinate resources with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations and Software Development.Directly manage strategic projects as assigned.

2. Drive the review of the digital portfolio and participate of the investment orientations

Outside of Cyber, IB Digital portfolio includes solutions such as Monitoring & Diagnostic and Asset Management.

Together with Digital Product owners, you will

Lead portfolio review process and contribute to investment committeesOwn long term business cases for Digital ProductsSupport the R&D Digital Product line manager with long term business cases for emerging R&DAddress Global adjacent markets (not just nuclear)Secures engagement of Global Sales team on expected revenueEnsure transparency of decisions and communication around Digital product portfolio

Together with the Cyber and M&A team, you’ll also participate in screening / defining possible partners and M&A targets that would complete Digital product and services portfolio and doing so, co-build IB digital external eco-system

Profile

Required qualification

International profile with an engineering or commercial degree

Mastering English & French

Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience in the Cyber or Digital

Demonstrate strong customer management, organization and communication skills

You are pro-active, with an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.

Team worker, you know how to deal with a tight schedule.

Using your soft skills, you are able to motivate / influence people you are working within a matrix-type organization.

Preferred qualification

Experience working with technical teams with knowledge of cybersecurity and ICS concepts

Experience working in markets with compliance requirements such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, NIS Directives or other relevant Cyber regulation frameworks

Experience in control system environments in the power utility industry, IT security, oil and natural gas, manufacturing or other critical infrastructure markets

An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, strong work ethic, and love of problem- solving

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with demonstrated success

Ability to stay motivated and work with minimal supervision

Démontrer de solides compétences en gestion de la clientèle, en organisation et en communication

Qualifications supplémentaires

Expérience de travail avec des équipes techniques ayant une connaissance de la cybersécurité et des concepts ICS

Expérience de travail sur les marchés avec des exigences de conformité telles que l’IEC 62443, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, directives NIS ou d’autres cadres pertinents de cyberréglementation

Expérience dans les environnements de systèmes de contrôle dans l’industrie des services publics d’électricité, le pétrole et le gaz naturel, la fabrication ou d’autres marchés d’infrastructure essentiels
