Reference 2023-13010 Position description Job Family/Profession Software & Electric and Electronics - Software & Electric and Electronics Job title Software Product Owner – DaaS / UBI #SWX Contract Permanent contract Status Manager Job description PERMANENT CONTRACT "The Digital Fleet & Services team aims to create best-in class software products to support the whole range of Stellantis Connected Services for Fleet, UBI and DaaS. We want to create a seamless experience with our internal partner Free2Move to leverage the exploitation of Connected Services and Data for these purposes, including B2B data flows, B2B2C Use Cases and Anonymous Moreover all regulatory requests and needs on this domain will be satified, including as example Extended Vehicle iso standard, OBFCM and Data Act This will be created via in-house production, partnerships or sourcing approach using the latest digital tools and technology. Therefor the candidate will be responsible for supporting Stellantis new Software team with a specific focus on UBI & Data Monetization: - Be the CEO of the product - Delivering a customer centric portfolio of services that deliver Stellantis customers a “best-in class” experience - Define, prioritize, and deliver user stories that correspond to customer needs and match product timelines - Drive short term deliverables while developing mid and long term product strategy based on market research, competitive benchmarking and technical trends - Maintaining a close relationship with the Stellantis global team gathering business stakeholder (Brands, Vehicle Planners, R&D, Privacy, Legals) approval and support - Ideating products that reflect the overall business strategy to reach Stellantis software revenue ambition - Tracking adherence of feature development to requirements, initiating change requests - Analyzing technology suppliers' and business partners' roadmap to identify possible solutions for future products Stakeholders & governance "Product backlogs are managed through SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) the Stellantis global team gathering brand expectations (sales & marketing office). The Product Owner will interface with engineering, planning, brand marketing, and service counterparts. He or she will also be expected to act as the product expert within the company, interfacing with departments seeking information, and providing support materials where needed. Profile - Automotive, telematics or IOT experience - Specific experience in automotive connected services is a plus - Customer value analysis in line with Business requirements - Short term ""effectual"" mindset combined with long term ambition - International background and ability to support strategic discussions with suppliers - Agile methodology & change management - Skills for operational deliveries - industry research and competitor benchmarking At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
