Job Description Summary :
The Assistant Product Manager will BE integrated into a 30+ people global team who aims at developing platforms for the different agencies within the group. This team is here to support the development and the usage of these data platforms by the end users. This position will BE instrumental in helping the best usage, understanding and application of the platform to deliver data projects for the client of the agency.
For this, the analyst will BE responsible for providing functional and technical expertise on data projects for HMG organization.
S/He will work with the Global Product Director, Data Manager and pool of data analysts and scientists who build and scale data projects and products globally
S/He supports the product team to align business requirements with functional and technical specification with high level architecture.
S/He supports the product team to maintain quality in the tools developed.
S/He contributes to the continuous improvement of working practices, application quality, tooling, and agile processes.

Main responsibilities :
Functional :
Provides the product team with functional expertise in scoping viable data projects by bridging business needs and product needs.
Brings expertise to review and align business and data processes with formalization and communication around this.
Extract value from this alignment to identify tasks to BE automated and enhance the process to fluidify synergies between applications.
Collaboration with various stakeholders including internal Havas Media teams, markets, tech partner, etc.
Ability to communicate complex projects in easy-to-understand presentations & documentation
Brings quality control to projects and products before and after deployment
Product & Operational :
Jira : Create epics and write user stories & tasks for the team to follow.
Create jira dashboards and set alerts to help the team.
Review & Planning : Assist or animate review sessions of the past sprint (or week) and help plan for the weeks ahead.
Project meeting : Assist or animate internal project meeting with internal teams, IT teams, markets, or other stakeholders.
Scoping documents : Create clear documentation to establish the scope of work with use cases
Functional documentation : Create documentation to add precision on product needs, technical needs, and success criteria on when the product or project is completed.
Project\\Product documentation & videos : Create and maintain internal team online repository like Confluence for internal project documentation, code, etc (What is XYZ, example in action, etc)
Quality control & Validation : Writes and orchestrates functional & data-based test cases to help validate business logic that is being translated to technical logic in the project or product.
Education & languages
Master's degree in Technology / Business
Excellent proficiency in English
