Job description
As part of our Product team, you will be working on creating new features and products as well as improving existing features and products for our clients, partners, and internal teams. You will be the owner of your features and products, from ideation to launch. You will work at the intersection of our business (sales and marketing), operations (middle office, risk, finance and compliance) and tech teams within one of our Squads:

Apps & Platform

Operations

Partnerships

Payments & core banking

FX & financial products
What you will do

Gather client, user, market and competition insights;

Feed our product backlog;

Specify new products with our product designer and lead developers;

Follow up on developments and implementation with our development team;

Coordinate product launches with our internal teams;

Analyze product data to iterate on and improve products.
Preferred experience
Skills we are looking for
Must have

You love to solve problems and lead complex projects;

You have strong product intuitions but also have a data-driven approach;

You have great communications skills;

You have an eye for details;

You graduated from a top-tier engineering school, business school, or university with 1-2 years XP minimum.

Nice to have

Prior product management experience;

Experience in a fintech or B2B SaaS company.
