Job description

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.Start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Generate new ideas and define new features (for both website and mobile apps) that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Write product functional documents (including product specifications)

Manage product roadmap and product development process. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

Measure product performance by implementing tracking and regular reporting

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps thanks to user testing, customer interviews, studies, polls etc.

Competitor benchmarking and press review (social media news, technology intelligence…)

Skills

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Solid technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Strong problem solving skills

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams, especially dev and design teams.

Ability to write clear and effective work documents

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Social media addict
