Responsibilities

GLOBAL MISSION


The main duties of the role are:


The Product Manager EMEA will be responsible & accountable for developing the marketing strategy and operational marketing activities of the CSF Management franchise in EMEA, to ensure revenue growth and optimize the franchise market share and revenue margins. She/he will report to the EMEA Marketing Manager CSS.


RESPONSIBILITIES



Be the technical expert of the franchise product portfolio.
Understand market dynamics and trends to develop appropriate regional EMEA strategies, tactics and programs.
Define the right product positioning and range mix in EMEA to reach the annual revenue targets.
Develop market segmentation, product messaging and marketing technics to drive his/her franchise business.
Define the annual marketing action plans and related budgets necessary for the franchise and implement them.
Develop the appropriate marketing tools & programs to support the field sales and marketing teams.
Collect and perform competitive analysis, provide updates & develop specific marketing and sales tools to proactively anticipate competitive moves and immune the business.
Support the local marketing and sales group to execute their revenue targets
Own and lead the EMEA New Product Introduction process for his/her range.
Support the Development and delivery of training materials for our sales and marketing teams.
Support the local sales and marketing teams on technical subjects and conduct regular field visit.
Attend and support EMEA key clinicians’ educational meetings (conferences, courses, workshops).
Lead the Marketing participation in regional EMEA scientific congresses and exhibitions.
Develop a KOL network to stay abreast of clinical developments, trends and needs to support long term growth.
Conduct EMEA market intelligence and analytics; provide related reports.
Collect VOC feedback and insights in EMEA, share product and clinical needs to the upstream global marketing group.
Understand and actively contribute, where appropriate, to the Product Life Cycle Management of his/her franchise portfolio.
Develop the appropriate financial reports and market analyses on his/her franchise.
Be the franchise referent of all EMEA cross-functional departments.



Qualifications
Graduate degree in Commercial, engineering, or life science specialties
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry in a sales or marketing function
International/Regional experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability skills
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and execute
Advanced Influencing, Time Management and Prioritization skills
Fluent in English language - Additional European language(s) are a plus.
