We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Retail team.

Your opportunity

Already one of the leaders in the luxury sector, Kering has been experimenting, over the past years, an excellent performance due to a modern vision for luxury harnessing the power of digital technologies to boost its business while preserving the fundamentals of what makes luxury unique.

In order to do so, Kering has created in 2018 a Client and Digital department whose purpose has been to enhance the digital practices of Kering Group focusing on 4 levers : next-gen shopping experience, next-gen client engagement, next-gen operations and next-gen businesses. To GO even further, Kering Client and Digital Officer has decided to create among its organization a Digital Retail function whose objective is to leverage on the power of digital technologies to boost the performance of Kering retail business (e.g., reinventing client experience in-store, providing our Sales Associate with the right tools to thrive, etc.).

As Digital Retail Product Manager, you will BE leading the Digital Retail Product development for Kering's Maisons. Your goal is to build a vision on the digital tools & platforms that Kering Houses need to boost their retail business, develop those products and ensure large adoption within the organization.

How you will contribute

Develop in-depth understanding of Kering retail business. Champion the needs of retail stakeholders within Kering Digital team (store managers, sales associate, back-of-house operations as well as retail excellence / retail operations teams from Kering Houses HQ). Scout innovative practices from retail industry as well as tech opportunities and constraints.

Develop a sharp vision of how digital tools can boost the performance of Kering retail business : reinventing client experience in store, providing Kering retail communities with the right tools etc. Define accordingly the digital products to BE created.

For each product : Build the product vision, strategy and roadmap / Create product specifications connecting with Kering Houses & lead the design phase / Prioritize and monitor timely delivery working in collaboration with Kering Technology teams / Provide visibility on the roadmap and delivery to stakeholders / Create consensus around your product within Kering Houses and Kering Corporate (mainly digital and technology teams) / Drive the adoption through on-the-ground trainings & impactful training materials / communications / Connect with users & track KPIs to feed and prioritize your product roadmap / Enrich the product knowledge base (roadmap, product vision, strategy, KPIs board, artefacts...) and ensure information is updated with each new feature/release

Build and track your own budget. Define business value KPIs and monitor ROI to prove product's value.

Advocate for Digital Retail team within Kering Houses & Kering Digital teams. Support the change and transformation of Kering retail business through products.

Who you are

Strong Experience in Product Management with proven qualifications (8 to 10 years).

Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical initiatives from conception through completion. Previous experience in retail or fashion environment a plus.

User-focused and result-driven. Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to drive prioritization and business cases.

Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries with a reputation for influencing and earning trust across levels and organizations

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Team spirit / collaborative mindset. Proven ability to work with senior management.

Graduated with a Business or Engineering master.

French and English fluent. Italian a plus.

Position based in Paris. To BE started ASAP.
