To strengthen our Digital Product Management capabilities, we are looking for hiring a Digital Product Manager (DPM).

Responsibilities and tasks

The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will be responsible for the product management of one or more digital products, depending on the scale of the product. In Kverneland Group, we are operating a large variety of digital products; from customer platforms to smaller, applications used for one specific purpose. Some of them are straight off the shelf solutions, some are adapted for our needs and we are still using some internally developed applications.

The main roles for the DPM are;

Product owner; gathering business requirements in cooperation with business requirement developers, making prioritizations, and communicate with our IT department. Develop product strategies and maintaining road maps. Lead development work. We are working together with our IT-department to establish fusion teams, to support the development of the digital products.

Business process developer; the DPM is responsible for documenting and improving the business processes the digital product is supporting.

The position is placed within the After Sales Department, but the DPM will work closely with the business representatives across Kverneland Group, as well as the IT-department and external suppliers. The DPM reports into the Director Business Processes and Systems, who reports into the Managing Director Group After Sales.

Requirements

Finalized Msc or Bsc in Logistics, Technical Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management (or equivalent degree in a technical education)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience in Digital product development
Good knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN)
Ability to break down complex issues to its basic elements, and evaluate process before solution
Organizational sensitivity
Self-starting and self-supporting, with the ability to bring tasks to closure.
Flexible attitude and strong teamwork skills
Strong capabilities in working in a matrix organization and convincing others based on facts and arguments
Excellent Communication skills in English, any additional European languages are a distinct advantage (particularly Norwegian, Danish, French, Italian or German)
Primary location is at the Group After Sales office in Klepp, Norway or at the main warehouse in Thionville, France. A certain travelling is expected, mostly to our European locations.
