Reporting directly to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the Senior Product Manager - Blood Processing Solutions - will focus on designing and leading our on-market product strategies and operations and identifying business opportunities for portfolio evolutions.
Your focus will BE to :
Lead on-market product maintenance operations :
Deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget for the products under his / her responsibility for BPS that achieves short, medium and long-term market growth goals
Coordinate & perform all Marketing analytical activities (marketing mix, business review, case studies, market studies, portfolio analyzes...) to support BPS market growth & identify priorities
Produce marketing materials & support digital product communication & promotion
Drive implementation of Marketing Strategies and Initiatives :
Co-create and execute marketing campaigns & market development programs
Manage the relationships with KOLs & customers to identify stakeholders needs and innovative ways to engage with them (promotion, communication, case studies)
Promote Customer Engagement to optimize the BPS portfolio
Coordinate & attend business or scientific events and exhibitions
Cooperate with sales & regions on : product launches, KOL targeting & advocacy, tenders...
Lead on-market product evolution operations & launches :
Work closely with R&D to support the roll out, marketing & communication of product evolutions
Lead investigations for product evolutions & generate marketing product documentation
Work with management and sales teams to target and develop Opinion Leaders with ongoing Macopharma initiatives
Cross-functional working to drive team planning and promotional activities :
Provide marketing guidance to R&D life cycle projects, Regulatory Affairs activities & Compliance Technical updates
Build a close working environment with Scientific and
Business & Strategic functions to develop effective strategies to support the BPS market growth and drive business results
Consistently and effectively communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, competitive information to Sales and Marketing organization in order to maximize sales results
Channel Communication across the regions :
Work with Regional Marketing, Area and countries to follow and implement marketing initiatives and align corporate strategies with local tactics
Manage budget & monitor turnover & margin targets for marketing activities under your scope in cooperation with sales & regional teams to identify the targets per area, country...
Support Regional marketing with in-field initiatives :
Support Regional Marketing and Sales in specific customer visits or troubleshooting actions
Support Regional Marketing in active promotion of in-market products in local campaigns
Collaborate with Management teams to develop and run plans for sales & marketing meeting focusing on strategic priorities to drive BPS
Co-create and execute market development programs
