Job Description

What will you do in this position

Reporting to the Product engineering manager you will be part of the Aerospace and defense business unit as a Product engineer/leader where you will be responsible for new product development of high-quality products compliant with the Aerospace and avionic environments.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

In design phase contribute to the DFT/DFM (Design for Test and Design for Manufacturability) Define test program specification (program, pattern, flows), debug, product characterization, and Silicon validation for NPD Manage projects as NPD leader (Interface with different teams, production and different Business Units) Identifies and implements value engineering activities to improve GPM Provide technical leadership in resolving product weakness, qualification failure and customer support/returns

The position could be located at Nantes or Rousset (France).

What we are looking for in a qualified candidate

Qualifications and Experience

You have an engineering degree in electronics You have proven skills in computer development Some years of experience in the product and test engineering domain is a must have Tester knowledge: Magnum, D10, Diamond-X.

Competencies

Semiconductor test techniques knowledge in digital, mixed signal, structural tests (DFT), BIST. Memories (Flash/SRAM/…) knowledge MCU/MPU (ARM cores) knowledge Disciplined in Project Leadership skills Ability to manage people, manage an engineering team (Europe & US), manage a team offshore (Thailand & Philippines) Proven skills in failure analysis, test software programming, statistical analysis, VLSI design, and/or test methodology development Fluent in spoken and written English Notions of radiations Understanding of CMOS technology Quality standards (Automotive, Avionic,….) Excellent analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with various groups located in all parts of the world and flexibility to travel for production and customer support
