WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Teamsales Digital Project Manager, you drive the development of the new model of Nike Direct sales towards FFF Amateur Clubs and deliver Team Sales business growth.
In line with the strategic directions defined with the leadership team, you will own the developments and monitoring of the new Digital platform that will support the success of the platform growth. You plan & follow all processes that ensure a smooth Club buying journey. You will lead business, financial goals and reporting activity accordingly across the organization.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the France Teamsales Manager and be part of the France dedicated sales force team, as well as the broader EMEA Teamsales department based in EHQ. In this sense, the ability to navigate within the Nike matrix is essential, as is the ability to create an environment for stimulating collaborative new ideas and new concepts.
You will work closely with the Nike France Teamsales Manager & the FFF Business Director at Nike as well as with key partners in the FFF Organization. Digitalization being key, you will own the relationship with an external E-commerce agency, based on Football clubs needs and insights.
You cooperate with key operations teams in Paris, EMEA and Lakdaal ELC to ensure all financial and physical flows are set and working efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead and drive the New Digital platform development. Tnis includes monitoring the operational model and building related flows & processes (financial, products, logistics) with Nike Paris, EMEA, Nike Direct & Laakdal teams. You will create a solid and credible relation with the E-Commerce agency and lead all the developments needed to improve platform acquisition and conversion.
Collaborating with FFF partners including Orange as a potential finance partner you make tests & feedbacks sessions with clubs to identify the ideal Club journey for clubs on the platform. You lead the contractual model (ownership, right & duties of each party) to build the right product offer and ensure enough products inventory and availability.
Define, Develop and execute a solid ADB membership program, in close collaboration with Nike Direct Team in Paris, you will:
Define and monitor Business Goals Set Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly revenues targets as well as define key success metrics, measure and monitor Implement scorecards and report accordingly Support the North teamsales team on the Digital first accounts new strategyWHAT YOU WILL BRING!
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/ E-commerce Knowledge of the Football and Amateur clubs ecosystem Project management skills & mentality (project phases planning, steering committee piloting, status reporting) Organizational awareness, leadership and influencing skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills, with Proficiency in English & French Digital savviness – advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution Change & transition management skillsNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
