What you will be doing

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will:

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision (using OKRs) with the CPO Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition Manage all lifecycle stages for the product from ideation, MVP, iterations... Develop product positioning and go to market strategy Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features Manage agile product development process, lead agile ceremonies Make creative recommendations to expand product vision Specify news features and prioritize the backlog to be aligned with the goals of the company Work closely with product designer to elaborate user research, user testing, and wire framing Work with QA engineers to create test plans and assure the quality of the delivered product Collect and analyze feedbacks from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products Analyze potential partner relationships for the product Become the go-to person for all functional issues, evaluate what is a default, a bug or an improvement for the product Ensure that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time

Deliverables

Do research and market data to know customer needs Customer research and interviews Assess competition by comparing products Deliver wireframes and clickable prototypes on collaboration with product designers Report on the implementation of the new features to see if KPIs are aligned with key results Write clear User Stories (INVEST) and facilitate the interaction with the tech team for each iteration of the product Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc. Produce Product pitch to evangelize the product in front of the whole company Communicate on the roadmap, and be able to explain your choices and strategy

Desired Experience and skills

3 years minimum experience Fluent in English Be at ease with design thinking, lean methodologies, agile methodology (SCRUM, KANBAN,...) Result-oriented culture, data-centric Good communication skills and ingenuity Ability to step back and synthesize Rigour, Anticipation, hands-on and resilient Knowledge of the financial market would be an asset, but being interest by it is more important Knowledge of Amplitude, JIRA, SQL, Invision, Notion would be a plus
