Product Owner - Employee Staffing

Context:

Pernod Ricard is the global co-leader in wines and spirits and the leader in the premium segment. Listed in the Paris CAC40, Pernod Ricard has a portfolio of prestigious brands such as Ricard, Absolut, Chivas Regal, Ballantine’s, Jameson, Martell, Havana Club, Mumm and Perrier-Jouët. With an annual turnover of more than 9bn, the Group is present in 80+ markets around the world and employs more than 18,000 employees.

Pernod Ricard renewed its HR Strategy in 2018 with the TransfoHRm project that aimed at making ‘convivialité’ a genuine performance accelerator by:

Putting the employee experience at the center;
Sharing success through a culture of empowerment and accountability;
Boosting individual and collective performance.

All of that being supported by digital to accelerate the transformation. In only one year, Pernod Ricard rolled out on a global scale the HRIS solution Workday (big bang deployment in 85 affiliates of all the main modules). Since 2019, other global HR platforms have also been deployed, such as: eQuest, HireVue, Adaptive Insights, Coursera, Glint, EdApp and a dedicated Web App to support the Group Social Reporting.
