Your Mission
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Program Manager. As a member of the Team your mission is to work alongside our product and software developer partners to identify opportunities to put science into decision making for our Digital Ownership Portfolio.

Responsibilities include :
\tlead the coordination of analytical use cases in support of software, engineering and customer experience
\tthe analytics lead within the cross-functional teams tasked with the agile management of product and service
\tEstablish a process to identify, track, deliver, and communicate analytics team projects and partner tasks
\tEscalate project risks with cost/ benefit assessments and recommendations in a timely manner
\tBuilding trust with the software, product and engineering teams to act as a conduit of knowledge
\tensure analytical research and analysis is cataloged in a timely manner for all teams to access
\tdeliver presentations on analytical topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
\tdrive a single point of view of project status across senior leadership and managers in analytics and software
\tBuild trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge

\tproven experience in executing projects and finding the best questions to drive the best results


Profil
Skills
\t5+ years of technical project management experience within technology, software, digital or gaming industries
\tExperience in Kanban, SCRUM and or tradition waterfall methodologies
\tJIRA and Confluence or other project management tracking tool experience
\tPMP is a plus
\tPrior experience working with big data environment and cloud services, is a plus
\tExperience within the automotive industry is a plus
