For this reason, Reveal is hiring an awesome Product Designer to join us! Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced profile that can bring past experiences to the table and be effective right away. As the first hired Product Manager, being the first step towards the expansion of the team poses a fun challenge ahead, and we want someone to make the best of it. The Senior Product Manager will be working closely with the CPO, Perrine, our Product Designer, Dev team, and Product Marketing team. You will be in charge of :Setting the vision for the product with the CPO based on a deep understanding of the user and business needsCollaborating with the CPO to translate the product vision into clear goals with measurable objectives and key resultsWorking with the CPO to prioritize business opportunities from a wide range of inputs and manage a cohesive roadmap to promote alignment while focusing on the most impactful projectsCollaborating with the product designer to scope prioritized solutions to their smallest coherent and functional state in order to deliver quickly, validate your hypothesis and plan the next iterationsCollaborating with the lead developers to coordinate and inspire a small and passionate team through ambiguity, challenges, and pivots, fostering positive outcomes by working across the organizationEnsuring the Product Marketing team understands what we are building and why, align on the release strategy, and “get the product out of the shelves”.
