As part of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for the deployment and support of RingCentral Engage Digital solutions for customers with an international scope.

More specifically you will be in charge of digital customer relationship projects and will ensure the coordination and management of these projects: You ensure the planning and coordination with the customer and internal teams and maintain quality level. You will conduct the workshops and the steering committees where you will be able to make suggestions on the strategy of implementation in relation with the functional and operational needs. You will implement and document this strategy with the help of the other project stakeholders (DA, integrators, technical experts) ... You will train customers to operate the proposed solution. You lead several projects at once without losing efficiency. You handle projects while taking the time to assume your daily responsibilities, namely: time tracking, project status updates, ... You will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of your projects. You will accompany the customer during the life of the operation and offer your expertise to measure, optimize and improve its use of solutions RingCentral Engage Digital. On a daily basis, you will also interact with the sales team on pre-sales and customer development issues, as well as the product teams on the continuous improvement of RingCentral Engage Digital solutions.

Must-Have:

You have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager or digital consultant with key accounts clients. Fluent in both spoken and written English and are comfortable with an international environment, even when traveling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master in digital project management, engineering or computer science.

Nice-To-Have:

Ideally you have experience in the field of customer relationship (Chat, Community Support, Messaging) and Salesforce from an operational point of view, business or supplier side of solution. You like new technologies and are critical to new uses that emerge. You are able to lead a discussion on these topics with functional but also technical interlocutors because you have a technical culture in the Digital (CSS, HTML, JS, https). You take pleasure in finding solutions to solve customer problems and to bring a consulting approach. You are methodical in your approach and like projects on time, in the budget and with satisfied customers.
