The Product Marketing Senior Manager Role


As Product Marketing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive the adoption of our product. You will join a rapidly expanding team early in its growth cycle, which means you will have an opportunity to shape the team’s culture.


Key activities:



Work closely with lead generation, content marketing, sales, and customer success to socialize product assets to influence movement across various stages from the top of the funnel through the sales funnel.
Solve strategic marketing challenges, including core product positioning, product naming, feature naming, and messaging.
Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs
Drive Go-To-Market activities working cross-functionally to define strategy and inform creative for key launch moments.
Maintain a pulse on competitors and market trends as you continuously expand your industry knowledge to help build competitive materials, including battle cards
Manage, plan and coordinate product marketing activities, including product launches and marketing channels
Development and maintenance of sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, etc.

Desired Background and Skills



Experience



7+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
Demonstrated track record of developing insights-driven product positioning, product messaging, internal and external narratives, and go-to-market strategies.
Experience creating sales collateral, including working with copywriters and graphic designers.

Skills



Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics, present them clearly and succinctly, and influence stakeholders at all levels and non-technical audiences.
Strong knowledge of product marketing frameworks and the ability to standardize and implement them across the organization
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent English written/verbal communication skills
Proficient level in Excel (G-Sheets) and Powerpoint (G-Slides)
Knowledge of the financial industry is highly desired
Understanding artificial intelligence technologies is desired
