The Job:

In direct contact with our clients and as a senior member of the Implementation team, you will manage projects from beginning to end, leveraging your experience of implementing large-scale software solutions to ensure optimal delivery for our clients. You will be required to learn quickly; understanding the unique capabilities and configurability of our platform, and be able to liaise with senior level contacts at our clients in order to elicit their requirements and propose the best solution to meet their objectives. You will oversee configuration of the platform according to the approved specifications in liaison with the product & development teams, organize pilots, trainings and ensure the effective rollout of the solution. In addition to your own project responsibilities, you will mentor more junior members to ensure that they realise their full potential and manage their projects to a successful conclusion.

Your missions will include:

Conducting business process / requirements analysis workshops with client stakeholders to determine client needs, classified according to their criticality (MOSCOW or similar technique) Document functional and technical specifications based on these requirements for client review / approval Configure and/or oversee configuration, testing and deployment of the solution in line with an AGILE methodology Pro-actively document and control the project plans and schedules to deliver on-time and within budget constraints while minimising risk Assist customers with change control; manage training exercises, facilitate optimal customer adoption of the solution Ongoing success management to evolve the platform according to client needs; remaining actively involved to understand their changing business needs Participate in the enrichment of our product roadmap and global expansion

The Fit:

You are passionate about technology & digital, with experience of implementing software solutions on a large scale, ideally within a marketing or digital media environment.

You have a balance of interpersonal and technical skills, with the ability to conduct discussions with both non-technical and technical stakeholders, adjusting your message to fit the audience and ensuring effective communication across these boundaries.

You are service- and solutions-oriented, never losing sight that the “Customer is King” and of the rapidly changing business needs of our clients.

You are curious by nature, and have an eye for detail, going the extra mile to ensure ‘right first time’ delivery and increased client confidence in our services.
You are able to persuade and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders both within our own and client organisations

You possess the following attributes and/or qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience Prior experience leading technology implementations for large organisations 5+ years managing technical projects, ideally for full web solutions Experience in project management methodologies Analytical mind and solution-oriented thinking Autonomous with a high degree of initiative Great written and verbal communication (both in French and in English)
