The Global e-Commerce Director leads global digital as a sales channel roadmap, articulates ambition per channel (direct B2B, Omni channel, Pure Players), develops Group expertise and ensures business impact:
· Develop the frame and roadmap for benchmarks, competitors analysis, in depth analysis.
· Coordinate change management, communication.
· Ensure alignment and synergies between Divisions and Functions (Marketing, Sales, Supply chain, IT).
· Help to define ambition, strategy governance per channel and on Global accounts, can lead the opportunity and deployment phase of a global account.
· Support and challenge:
- Offer - channel approach,
- Conversion funnel definition and associated steering routine methodologies,
- Expertise and learning path including A/B testing plan on search algorithms - data,
- Deployment, industrialization of tools (scraping, content generator, dashboard).
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing, Digital & Innovation EVP, based in Paris La Défense, the Global e-Commerce Director will play a critical role in our digital business roadmap and transformation towards a more data driven business and marketing.
The KPI for the role are:
- Online sales revenues and margin,
- Share of online market with the selected Channels/Players,
- % of sales through our B2B platforms,
- “Conversion funnel” key KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a c onsulting experience (5-10 years approximatively) when he/she will have been working on go-to-market, digital and e-commerce strategies, ideally in distribution environment.
This is the ideal role for being exposed at international level, develop functional management and expertise in e-commerce, and work on a significant change management at global scale.
It will prepare for career development in sales, marketing and digital at senior leadership level within Tarkett.
