Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develops digital activations for follower engagement, retention, paid media and tactical campaigns, mirroring and adapting brand.com / online experience for Europe Determines communication channels and programs planning and drive asset creation that are best suited to achieve objectives Works with teams to ensure the customer journey from awareness, interest, to conversion and loyalty are brand appropriate and impactful Collects intelligence, data and insight from platforms to share with key stakeholders

Digital / Paid Media:

Works closely with Global Marketing teams on managing Europe social media / seeding / paid media strategy on digital social platforms (IG, Google) and achieve optimal ROI and set objectives with set budget Optimizes targeting and segmentation through analysis Delivers reports to broader internal team on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs Reviews and evaluates paid media strategy with Global Director of Digital Marketing/ Web Analytics to make recommendations to optimize and improve performance Works with regional and global teams to provide necessary results, measurement and analytics Manages and tracks paid media budget for relevant platforms

Marketing Operations:

Facilitates cross-functional team’s communication and collaboration, acting as the main liaison between Regional and Global Brand team Works closely with Director of Digital Marketing/ Web Analytics and Global Marketing team to achieve country objectives including revenue target Manages Europe digital marketing budgets and prepares all relevant planning, tracking and reporting Works closely with Concierge teams and contributes to the development of customer service communication processes for the market Maintains region / market specific marketing calendar

E-Commerce (Retail.com/PP’s):

Be main point of contact for all online retailers, Europe Work closely with global director for new retailer launches Maintain all sales records and reporting Communicate and monitor all price updates, in partnership with the regional PM Work with global e-com team to complete assets Secure placements on retailer.com channels Monitor all POs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Maintain standards of product merchandising online / copy, imagery, usage Work with international teams to ensure fluid presence on retail partner sites Work closely with marketing and creative services team members Trainings for partners and online advisors Identifying opportunities for brand exposure and drive retailer.com to achieve sales and brand goals Lead QA for brand presence on retailer sites ensuring brands are merchandised and presented in line with equity standards and licensor guidelines Evaluate promotion plans for retail partners and share post event analytics, in partnership with regional trade manager Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience Routinely monitor the competitive landscape and share learnings cross functionally

Direct-To-Consumer Logistics:

Partners with the Regional demand planning manager and product manager in facilitating stock movement for order fulfillment needs Partners with the Ecommerce Fulfillment Team Supervisors in maintaining Revel Inventory data, system functionalities, and reporting Monitors and ensures that PO replenishment, and On-Counter-Date schedules are on track for availability to sell of existing and new products, in partnership with the regional PM Oversees the operations of Paris and Antwerp E-stores daily order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely processing and dispatch of all online orders within the region

Customer Service:

Supports Client Care team in handling escalated cases that require liaising with cross-functional teams
Qualifications


What You’ll Need To Succeed:

Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders Creative thinker with great attention to detail and creative judgement Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, independent, self-starter who can initiate and present ideas and has strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical, logical mind and financial acumen; competent in budget management Must know how to use full function of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams In-depth knowledge of digital social platform, ecommerce platforms, and digital ecosystem Well versed in digital marketing and social media performance metrics Awareness and curiosity of digital landscape with a focus on Europe; is excited by development and advancement in the digital environment Master Degree Fluent in English
