To support the continuous growth of Valeo eAutomotive in the PEM department we are looking for a Product Software Department Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest opportunity

Your new task - thrilling and future-oriented
\tYou are responsible for all SW Projects (P0-P3) in your product cluster.
\tYou lead the SW Project Leaders hierarchically who are functionally leading the SW Teams in the project.
\tYou are accountable for the overall projects MTP and estimations in alignment with the Platform and Cluster managers.
\tYou represent the SW Engineering discipline in front of the customer and internally in Project Steering Meetings.
\tYou support the RFQ phase of a project and help the team to estimate the efforts.
\tYou align with the Platform and Cluster Managers to initiate the correct P2/Platform projects.
\tYou are responsible for deploying and implementing the defined processes, methods & tools in your projects.
\tYou contribute to the SW Project Management Processes.
\tYou functionally lead the SW Platform Managers who are responsible for the overall P2/Platform projects.

Your qualifications - sound and specific
\tYou own a completed technical education (Master´s degree) in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on electrical drive technology, power electronics or comparable qualification
\tYou have previous experience in leading a large team of SW Engineers hierarchically or functionally (also as SW Project leader)
\tYou have 6 - 10 years of relevant work experience and minimum of 5 years in agile software development of complex products or platforms
\tYou have strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
\tYou are able to represent your team in an challenging environment (also in front of the customer)
\tYou have very good English (written and spoken) skills, French and/or German are a plus
