. Product Line Management :

- Manage Product Line Experts (5 people) : The Product Line manager will be in charge to synthetise the market trend on global electronics PG with a focus on all European customers OEMs permiter

- Each Product Line Xxpert will be the ambassador of the product internally and at customer :

     - Owner of the market intelligence, the Product Line expert will build a full market studies at 360 view :

                   - Competition and market share by customer

                   - Participate to exhibitions to identify market trends

                   - Analytic mind skilled, he/she uses market information tools (IHS, Marklines and propose others) in order to identify and understand the next product evolution milestones to be in line with market trends

. ADP (Advanced Development Program) participation :

- Drives the product porfolio short/mid and long term strategy for electronics products including technology, electronics component and process roadmap and set up the introduction timeline in order to be in step with the market trends.

- The Product Line Manager is part of Advanced Product development (ADP) team, working with Advanced Program Management, Advanced Purchasing and Advanced Product Engineering and participate to define SOP timeplan.

. Internal & external product promotion :

- In charge to put in place :

                 - Training material to develop internal product understanding

                 - Validate jointly with Corporate Communication, the content of our company internal and external advertising communication

                 - Define and update product material presentation to support BUs to communicate about product

. Screening Process validation (decision making /product content clarification) :

- In charge to confirm for each RFQ, that the upcoming business opportunity is in line with Product Portfolio roadmap.

  In case of gap, to identify jointly with Advanced Engineering the technical product gaps.

. Internal Processes :

- Define for the PLM team and regularly adapt the department management procedures, communication tools, standard meetings and reports.

- Develop, establish cost budget, monitor the annual speding, initiate and execute improvement activities where appropriate.
