discounts on the products they may like the most, during their grocery shopping on e-commerce and
in-store channels.
We work with most of the French retailers & FMCG groups and we have now the ambition to expand
worldwide. Our clients:

Through customized, immediate and interactive offers, budgetbox meets brands' strategic goals:
trigger impulse purchase, spark brand preference and boost sales.
For retailers, budgetbox platform increase loyalty and sales and monetize the audience.
budgetbox is also the Scan & Go software French leader. It offers shopping apps for mobile phones
and self-scanning devices to make in-store shopping journey easier, faster and more pleasant.
Today, budgetbox is growing fast and wishes to develop its platform in new countries.
Missions
We are looking for a growth hacker & content manager – English native and bilingual
English/French in our Marketing team, to promote budgetbox solutions in new countries (Europe:
Spain, Belgium, the UK and the US) and to manage acquisition worldwide.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, you will be in charge of:
Growth Hacking
Manage and optimize acquisition levers: social media (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads), SEO,emailing…
Set up new acquisition levers: SEA, display advertising campaigns, retargeting, others socialmedia as Twitter… to increase the audience of our website and improve the transformation
rate of incoming leads.
Track marketing KPIs with web analytics (as Google Analytics): monitor and analyze campaignperformance on a daily basis, test and retest, increase conversion rates…
Manage our website to optimize SEO and conversion rate Support the content production: advice for subjects, best keywords…Content Marketing for new countries
Design and implement an acquisition marketing plan for new countries, based on a contentmarketing strategy
Produce contents in English: business cases (writing and video), blog articles, white papers,infographics, webinars...
Manage our internal studio & freelances Create and optimize the sales deck in English Organize our participation to International/European events: logistic, coordination withproviders, POS, communication…
Requirements
English Native and bilingual English/French 1-3 years of experience in similar missions ideally in digital marketing, lead acquisition or/andBtoB marketing
Resourceful and autonomous: you can analyze situations and make proposals to findsolutions
Creative person and able to find innovative content ideas and solutions to boost leadgeneration
Organized and rigorous: you are able to manage a project from A to Z, on time. Strong oral and written communications Team spirit Good knowledge of SEO/SEA best practices (Google Ads, Google Analytics…) Experience in creating all kind of content: videos, infographics, ebooks, articles… Passionate about the retail digital transformationWhat we offer
