Our CX Manager works closely with our WW CX Operations & Programs Leader and partners closely with 1 Campaign Specialist located in NA to develop the CX campaign strategy and content necessary to create consistent growth and engagement in Contentsquare’s growing customer base. The CX Manager utilizes research, customer stories, strong partnership with Product Marketing and WW Marketing Campaigns to create engaging and regularly consumed content. Content includes -customer stories, use cases and how tos, one pagers focused on engagement & growth. This person may reside in one of the Contentsquare cities where we have offices in EMEA. If you enjoy building campaign strategy, creating content, re-purposing ever-green content and coming up with creative new ways to help our team create engagement, pipeline growth and retain our customers this job is for you. Lead our team and further enhance our ability to create global campaigns, content, and measure success.
The CX Campaigns & Content Team also helps build best practices in customer references, customer advocacy activities by supporting a streamlined process to ensure a healthy customer and employee experience is had by all.
CX Manager will lead the WW Campaign execution for the CX team. Our Campaign Manager is a team player who will also partner with our CX Geo leads to help provide insight on great content options for local campaigns that the GEO leads built. You are a team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally and knows how to re-use and creatively leverage content. You love multichannel approaches and testing content with your Marketing Automation partners to see what performs best where. You create content strategies, enjoy researching trending topics, incorporate the voice of the customer and like working with cross-functional teams that will include our Contentsquare Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing, Pre Sales and Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Partnering with the organization and WW Operations and Campaigns Leader to develop the quarterly and annual plans collaboratively with Marketing and Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, Creative
Using Monday to create detailed Campaign Plans including briefs, channels, steps and asset status
Developing Communication Plan to brief CX, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, Product Marketing on Campaign Calendar
Keeping the Campaign Calendar and our key stakeholders informed/updated
Ensuring the team understands and is comfortable using the Contentsquare voice and tone suited to our customers within the content (written, video, audio, etc.).
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, public relations, finance, operations, product marketing, product, customer success etc.).
Creating and maintaining internal site content for organization, content, accuracy, and brand.
Leveraging data and insights to inform content development.
Writing high-quality, detailed and data-supported content strategy documents which are presented to senior executives.
Collaborating with agencies, designers, producers, and project managers to create reusable templates.
Measuring success and understanding which campaigns, messages and types of engagement are most effective and valued by the Contentsquare customer community
Managing, and monitoring the customer request process to ensure high customer and employee satisfaction with clear dates and outcomes for those engaged.
Regularly communicating status and updating dashboards to ensure positive outcomes that drive customer satisfaction and help achieve business objectives.
Player-coach position, you will create campaigns and content, with opportunity to move into a leadership role in a year
5 to 7 years of experience in campaign management or content marketing at a B2B SaaS provider, martech or data analytics a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital communications.
Fluent English and French language with strong communication skills.
Other languages that are a plus include Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian
Advanced writing and editing abilities.
Requires careful attention to detail.
