We are looking for an E-Commerce Content Manager to join our EMEA Commercial department, based at Group SEB headquarters' in Ecully.
In this position, you will build a cohesive and consistent content strategy that brings to life our Brand Marketing Stories in every single eRetailer touchpoint. This role is focused on optimising content across Amazon EU8 countries with the main goal of improving the customer experience.
To achieve this, your main missions are:
Develop the business of Groupe SEB Brands
You are responsible for European eRetail content management and you ensure all content is optimised in Amazon You are responsible for the prioritisation of content creation with the Marketing Services team and drive perfect implementation in the countries via the coordination of Top 300 list with markets You support EMEA eCommerce Activation Manager and Amazon International Key Account Manager to build and deliver a content strategy to improve our customer experience and sales rankingMonitoring and improving performance of KPIs
You are responsible for driving the action plan with countries and improving Profitero Content and Reviews score across Europe You improve and optimize main parameters (keywords, competitors, Amazon SEO, etc.) to increase our ranking in the Amazon algorithm You oversee improving conversion rates and add-to-basket by analysing internal- and external data, performing A/B tests, implementing best-in-class learnings across all Amazon websites in EuropeConstant improvement and expertise
You animate content manager community in markets (both Sales and Marketing Teams) and work with markets to ensure perfect execution of content on the Digital Shelf You develop, coordinate, and deploy a Rating and review strategy and define appropriate use of user generated content to improve Customer Journey You refine guidelines for eRetail content excellence and continuous improvement of our guidelines via external benchmarking and research You are business owner of Content Syndication tools and you are responsible for understanding the technical landscape of the EMEA countries and working with the relevant partners to bring efficiencies to content teams PROFILE:You have completed 5 years’ higher education in business management, marketing and/or sales and you have confirmed at least 5 years’ experience in digital or content marketing.
You have a strong ability to influence and to team up and work transversally in a complex environment.
You have a high level of autonomy and agility which allow you to create adaptable roadmaps and evolve within Groupe SEB complexity.
You have a strong curiosity and passion for e-Commerce content.
You are process driven, data centric and can demonstrate experience in driving action by leveraging data visualisations tools and sources.
Your English is fluent due to international scope.
