At the crossroads of legal, content and marketing, your objective will be to contribute to develop a new acquisition channel at PayFit to accelerate its growth.

Your role
Within the Growth & Performance team, you will be positioned as a SEO & Content Manager in France. You'll be in charge of :

1- Content

Co-construction of PayFit's SEO editorial strategy in France: identification and prioritisation of relevant themes and contentManagement of a team of SEO editors: preparation of briefs, training of editors, proofreading of articles, etc.Development of new content formats: videos, guides, etc.
2- Optimization of conversion

Creation of new resources: identification, creation and development of new resources for the lead gen.Development of the backlinks strategy: exchange with partners, creation of content, linkbaiting test, etc.Achieving SEO optimisations: improving the existing to increase the number of keywords on which one is positioned, CTR, etc.
3- Creation of an HR community

Research and analysis of the opportunityIdentification of the levers to be used to create the communityStrategy development
