We are currently looking for a Global Content Manager for L'Artisan Parfumeur. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, in this role you will be lead all aspects of marketing communications, from conceiving a rich consolidated content plan to delivering on-brand communication campaigns to our different markets and channels. You will work in close collaboration with the Creative team, external copywriters and agencies to create lead-converting communication campaigns. Your responsibilities will include forming our content strategy, ensuring its development and implementation, monitoring content distribution and reporting on the effectiveness of this content.


Content Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the L'Artisan Parfumeur content strategy, reinforcing our Brand identity and ensuring our message remains consistent with our business objectives as well as with our markets/media purposes:

Create rich “Connoisseur” Brand content for all channels (Social, Email, Web, Blog etc.) Ensuring differentiated and consistent 360 Marketing concepts with comprehensive communication plans Oversee the Content Production working with the Creative team and with a network of external copywriters and agencies

Lead the Content Calendar and support local expansion:

Own all content planning, delivery, execution and community engagement ensuring content best practice and flawless execution Partner with the local teams to define and guide the Social strategies in Asia and Middle East Develop the Global Social Media Content Calendar & guidelines and share them with the local teams

Reporting & Budget Management:

Manage bi-monthly Social reporting for the Leadership team Conduct regular competitor analysis Budget Management: Allocate and track communications’ budget for all initiatives, including estimates, purchase orders (PO’s), and invoices Ensure budget is allocated appropriately to global markets Track and analyse KPIs and share results to inform future business decisions

You will have:

Relevant Content experience, ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury industries A commercial mindset with strong understanding of SEO and Digital Copy Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to build working relationships seamlessly and to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Second-to-none attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of global and regional social activities A strategic thinking mindset, you can confidently interpret business / marketing requirements, using insights to develop specific content strategies and briefs Multi-tasker that can respond to changes quickly and prioritise workload effectively Experience working on all digital image assets (Web, Email, Social, Display) Understanding and knowledge of online accessibility and UX Ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of team
