Global Content Brand Manager

Want to join a fast-moving company, among convivial teams and take part in the global growth strategy of one of the most prestigious and comprehensive portfolios in the wine & spirits industry? We are looking for a Brand Content Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Part of the Martell global brand team, with a strong focus on digital and social engagement, the main challenge of the Brand Content Manager will be to develop large institutional campaigns with top tier talents as well as develop always-on content that meet Global & Local strategy, working in close collaboration with the local markets, Consumer Insights, Engagement team, Style team and global leading agencies.

Your key missions:

Strategic planning

You will anticipate consumer trends and use knowledge of the consumer to generate a strong year-round plan, for the right content across the right platforms 
You will identify insights, areas of opportunity - people, platforms, partnerships - and relevant conversations for the brand to be part of, in order to drive strong impact, engagement & relevancy for the brand, as well as increasing share of conversation online.
You will work with and create insights to keep hand on the pulse of culture and what is happening in the world of GenZ
You will support the development of a purpose-led communication platform for the brand, to further drive the core brand purpose and bring it to life in a tangible way through communication

Content production

You will produce strategic brand assets, institutional, storytelling campaigns and digital appropriate content
You will lead the content production from brief to final output, ensuring a coherent creative strategy and impactful content storytelling working with agencies and production houses

You will coordinate with drive markets and internal / external stakeholders to deploy brand assets with consistency, manage the global assets usage rights and renewal
You will be responsible for managing the projects and related budget, leading the legal and contractual parts of the project, with internal and external legal teams


You will review media & amplification plan with local markets to ensure impact
You will work collaboratively with the digital team to ensure relevant content for digital channels
You will work with insights team on post-test research of campaign and recommend optimizations if / when required.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in drinks, luxury or any other lifestyle brand

You are consumer-centric, have a deep understanding of how modern luxury & youth culture work, proactively assess brand needs, have a track record of transforming consumer insights into actionable strategy & content

You are attuned to GenZ related culture, can extract insights & trends to inform future creative development through strong strategic thinking

You have a passion for content development- strong expertise and full knowledge of the process from conception to production (3+ years content development experience)

You are an inclusive decision maker – managing upwards, sharing information and working collaboratively with different teams

You are a hands-on, resourceful project manager with strong analytical skills, the ability and experience working with an array of data types – sales, financial, social, search, survey, digital analytics platforms and have confidence writing and presenting to internal and external audiences with the ability to engage the audience
Fluency in English and in French are mandatory
