Job Description


As one of the Content Managers at Shippeo, your role is to lead and coordinate all aspects of content creation - from planning to production - to provide the marketing and sales team with up-to-date, targeted and impactful collateral.

You will be in charge of producing content to educate and guide prospects and clients at each step of the buying journey. You should be able to acquire a great understanding of the buying cycle and the buyer’s persona, what triggers buying decisions, and what topics are hot in the industry. The job is based in our headquarters in Paris (France), however a remote office is also possible.

Your main missions will include:

Define and maintain the global content creation roadmap and calendar. Align content creation with the product marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Growth and the Product team. Develop and write original long- and short-form content including articles and press releases, case studies, whitepapers, website/SEO copy, feature presentations, etc. Write and share company social media posts Ensure content respects brand guidelines in terms of design, quality and tone. Constantly improve your knowledge of the industry and the trending topics (monitor market trends, identify opinion leaders and conduct off-site interviews). Measure the impact of content pieces with analytics and data with the help of the Marketing Operations team

Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced copywriter with strong writing skills and rigorous planning and organization abilities. Preferred experience: 2+ years of experience in a content management position. Previous position in a B2B Software or supply-chain/transport oriented company is a plus. You know how to gather information, structure a redactional piece, and convey ideas in an entertaining /compelling way. You have experience writing long- and short-form pieces with a journalistic approach. You are comfortable working in a group and relying on others (you will need to interact daily with our designer and website manager to achieve your objectives). You are a native English speaker
