DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
SAP HANA is an in-memory relational database management system developed by SAP, currently used by thousands of customers all over the world. In order to monitor the status of the system, SAP collects relevant information at customer side, mostly time-series data. As a data scientist, your objective will be to analyze the data, and provide a multi-dimensional and multi-criteria visualization of the data ( e,g using T-SNE algorythm ).

You will investigate and apply some state-of-the-art models for clustering, tune and validate such models, and compare them. Selecting right set of features for system clustering is highly critical for this.

Your tasks will include:

analysing the data (JSON format) creation of tensors representative of each HANA system creation of unsupervised multi-dimensional and multi-criteria visualisation

You will have an opportunity to work wit NVIDIA DGX server.

COMPETENCES

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related. Good knowledge and/or previous experience in time-series data. Proficiency in Python and commonly used machine learning libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch. Proficiency in SQL. Desire and ability to work closely with a team (local and distant); Good written and oral practice of English and French required. German is a plus; Ability to think innovatively & autonomy in work
