Main missions

1/ Support Service Operation Manager in driving digital transformation of the organization

2/ Extract business-focused insight from data coming from CRM & ERP (bFO-bFS-SAP) of Service Business

3/ Support Service Operation Manager in continuous processes improvement

4/ Understanding of how value and i nformation flows

Exigences

Education : Master’s degree in Engineering / Data Analytics / Data management
Technical Field : Programming Skills, Data Visualization and Communication, Data Intuition, Statistics, Machine Learning,…
Work experience needed : Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, one relevant experience would be a plus
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge) : English fluent, Italian basic knowledge nice to have (or at least, ready to learn Italian)
Personal abilities or skills : Capability to work independently / pro-actively to identify issues and propose solutions Learning every day spirit, with a "lets-do" mindset and openness for new ideas and creativity Customer focus mindset
