Since 2016, the Belgian start-up has been supporting real estate agencies in the digitalization of their journey thanks to a mobile-first and open solution to easily integrate with all the innovations of the market.

SweepBright already supports hundreds of customers, and thousands of users in France, Belgium, and England. Currently accelerating, the ambition is high : 150% growth / year over the next three years.

Here's how you can help to achieve that goal:

Discover trends and relationships in customer data sets. Carry out statistical and machine learning analysis regarding buyers and sellers behaviours and activities to help our users better targeting their clients.Collaborate actively with the University of Antwerp to design and build a data management system to improve the efficiency of the seller/buyer life cycle by building high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.Closely work together with our RD team to create and maintain scalable data pipelines and build new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.Work on a variety of challenges such as content and product recommendation, personalization, optimization, classification, ensemble learning, and active learning.Work with large real estate data sets to design and evaluate several prototypes that use techniques like collaborative filtering, convnets, SVM's, random forests, etc. and A/B test business assumptions.

About you

You are a true believer in personalised online user experiences, ambitious and eager to learn relevant new technologies.MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Applied Math with a keen interest in Machine Learning and AI.5+ years of experience in a data engineer position in a related field.Experience with event streaming architecture, microservices, Docker.Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.Ability to write code in multiple languages including Python, NodeJS or Go in a Linux world.Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.Be confident and proficient in working with AWS.You are a self-starter and need minimal supervision and guidance to get the job done.Communicate effectively in English.Your location: Belgium (Brussels area) or France (Lyon area).
