Your responsibilities

Driving implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the local management team. Ensuring corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization. Driving, implementantion and monitoring performance targets (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). Running the day to day Service business (sales and delivery) to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity. Monitoring the quality of Service activities and deciding on appropriate development activities. Implementation of productized Service offering, market segmentation and go-tomarket strategy locally. Building sustainable relationships with customers to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention together with Sales. Driving a consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS). Supporting Sales resources in customer meetings. Initiates and drives continuous improvement activities.

Your background

We are looking for a candidate who is ideally graduate in Management and/or Electrical engineering. You are strongly experienced in customer services and customer issues resolution. You are very customer focused, to ensure that business requirements and expectations are effectively managed, and incidents & problems are resolved in a timely manner. You are fluent in English, but also in French. You are able to speak in another language (nice to have, not essential). You have interest in sunscreen products. You are able to use software tools such as SAP and CRM. You want to be involved in a multinational company, one of the most successful leader on its market?
