Mission Statement:
Implement Service strategy and drive Service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Lead the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources.
Service strategy : You will drive implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the local management team. You will ensure also corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization through collaboration with other businesses/hub.
Performance targets : driving, implementations, reporting and performance targets as part of the global (or) local unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence,
etc.).
Service delivery : You will run the day to day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity. You will ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction by implementing agreed delivery and performance standards.
Customer approach : You will execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit. Implementing productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes, and investing in Service Sales you will increase market penetration. You will be responsible for building a sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention together with Sales. You will drive a consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)).
Operational excellence : You will invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
Health, safety & integrity : As the responsible for health and safety of the local Business Unit/Product Group Service team you will enforce a Service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.
People leadership and development : You will ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. You will guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability you will provide training and develop capabilities and competencies.
Higher education in the field of maintenance
A first experience in customer relations and / or in industrial maintenance would be a plus.
You are recognized for your leadership and persuasiveness and you have a pragmatic mind.
You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and know how to take initiative.
You can highlight for this position your sense of organization.
You are focused on customer satisfaction.
You are fluent in English but also in French.
You master the computer tools.
Some short and long-term business travels may be required.
