The challenge

The role of the Enterprise Marketing Manager – Creative Cloud for Enterprise, Southwest EMEA, is to manage and lead the planning and execution of relevant marketing programmes for driving demonstrable impact on Adobe’s business growth in the region. This includes:

Understanding local market and customer dynamics Building regional marketing plans Working closely with the local sales, solution consultants and customer success managers to develop and execute marketing programmes that are aligned with the business objectives Localizing and executing global and EMEA programs while working with the EMEA and Southwest Marketing teams

The Southwest Region is the third largest in EMEA and is going through a period of rapid growth. You will be at the heart of building one of Adobe’s most important markets via targeted marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

Work with sales teams (incl. pre- und post-sales) in the local market to understand market needs and translate them into actionable programs, leveraging our EMEA and global programs Develop active use and adoption programmes for dedicated segments and key accounts, aligned to the EMEA and region-specific marketing strategy Define marketing mix and appropriate local messaging and content to target the audience Lead the creation and execution of local marketing activity including content creation, communication materials and events

Own marketing to opportunity funnel, measure programme success to suggest improvements & business impact Creation and management of sales enablement materials and activities Accountable for revenue and market share in the local market Planning and execution of co-marketing activities with selected partners Budget responsibility and management

What you need to succeed

We need someone wanting to make a difference and be part of a winning team that isn’t afraid to maximize the market opportunity. The successful candidate will be extremely competent at working with both sales and marketing teams, feel comfortable in a matrixed team environment and able to orchestrate resources both within and outside the team to get things done. Core skills include:

Understanding of the creative landscape in large enterprises, trends and issues that Creative Decision Makers and Practitioners are facing Knowledge of customers and active use marketing programs Able to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure Viewed as a credible partner to sales Presents convincingly to executives, partners, and customers Ability to influence peers through collaborative working – both, in region and across EMEA Works well with agencies and partners to deliver outstanding and impactful marketing execution

Education & relevant experience

BA/BSc Degree or higher 5+ years of experience working in B2B technology enterprise marketing, ideally in a related field Experience in management of creative agencies including briefing, budgeting and project managing. Demonstrated experience in driving digital first marketing programs Strong understanding of all aspects of account-based marketing and engagement programs Demonstrable experience of delivering pipeline, revenue and adoption rate Languages: French native, English fluent
