Job Title: Sector Marketing Specialist | Building Services & Construction Sector

Purpose of the Job
The Sector Marketing Specialist is focused on leading the marketing and communications strategy for our partners and potential customers in the Building Services & Construction Sector. This position plays a major role on the company’s sector leadership team, and is responsible for:
participation in development of the business, including leading the associated
Marketing Strategy
development and management of data-driven, integrated Sales & Marketing campaigns; leading introduction and adoption of new products and service offerings
developing sector / sub sector growth strategies;
defining and managing customer growth strategies;
leading related market research; keeping abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape; and, market sizing.
Supporting a team of 15 sales individuals fully dedicated to the BS&C sector
This role will lead marketing activities such as campaigns, content management, collaterals, applications, knowledge sharing throughout, Europe, with Regional Leadership Teams to execute, measure and continuously optimize integrated Sales & Marketing performance.
The position is based in Saint Michel sur Orge, France or where appropriate depending the candidate location.
We are looking for a candidate profile that presents the following traits:
BS/BA in marketing (or related field) required or equivalent extensive, proven experience.Good experience in product or sector marketing, partner/alliance marketing or a related field.
Prior experience in engaging with audiencies from the Building Services & Construction Sector – is a strong plus
Technical product experience in Power Generation | Temperature Control solutions - is a strong plus
Have the skill set required to solve complex problems and the analytical skills needed to help drive the decision making processMust have solid written and verbal English communication skills
Must be able to make strong and persuasive presentations
Strong internal and external customer focus
Proven track record of driving results and continuous improvement
Strong capacity of leading people and programs
Essential Job Functions
Sector Knowledge
Must quickly gain a complete and thorough understanding of sectors, and provide industry and sector intelligence to the business Quickly gain a solid comprehension of Aggreko’s competitive differentiators and customer value propositions for specific applications within Sector, and ability to articulate them
Product Knowledge
Must quickly gain a complete and thorough understanding of the product portfolio, key sectors and primary product applications for both Aggreko and its primary competitorsMarketing Management
Strategic Planning: Lead development and oversight of the Sector Marketing Strategy and Plan Customer Growth: Deliver measurable customer growth plans to increase number of customers and revenues with: Existing Customers, Lapsed Customers, and Potential Customers. Develop customer segmentation and valuation models to identify most valuable and profitable customers and target accounts, and drive data-driven Sales and Marketing campaigns Sales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition/s and differentiating attributes of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process Product Positioning / Messaging: Drive development of product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate Aggreko’s products in the market Strategic Accounts Team: Provide marketing direction and support to Strategic Accounts team Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products within the sector Partner Marketing: Work closely with strategic partner companies to integrate their products into Aggreko’s sales and marketing programsCustomer, Market and Competitive Insights
Should be highly quantitative and experienced with capturing and analyzing customer insights: interviews, surveys, focus groups, & product usage observations Maintain current knowledge of business, industry and target market sectors in order to properly communicate foundational principles and value propositions to both current and prospective customers. Must have the ability to conduct market research, develop customer segmentation models, and follow industry trends and drivers Create and maintain a competitive database including product information, product differentiators, pricing and marketing literature Leverage competitive research and market analysis for assigned products to make product roadmap recommendations Provide input to support product line pricing and promotional strategyCustomer Loyalty Program:
Work with internal teams to identify and understand key drivers of Net Promoter Score, develop product and service recommendations based on customer feedback.
