Our grandparents ate better than our parents and better than us. That’s crazy. Agricool turns this trend on its head: we’ll eat better than them all! We’re growing local, tasty and pesticide-free fruits and vegetables for everyone. For the moment, that means tasty and plump strawberries in Paris. Tomorrow, it will be a wide range of delicious fruits and vegetables everywhere on earth.

To achieve our goal, we’ve created a paradise for fruits and vegetables in recycled shipping containers. That means the best lighting, temperature, irrigation, and air quality. In just 35 m2 we can produce the same amount of food as 4000 m2 of traditional farmland. We do it with no pesticides, no transportation, and 100% renewable energy, and we sell our fruits through direct sales and supermarkets.

We started as 2 co-founders in 2015, and are now more than 75 people working everyday to shape a better food system ;-)

Descriptif du poste

You will be responsible for consolidating the existing products and developing new ones in order to maximize Agricool turnover.

MISSIONS

Manages the product line business against operating plans and budgets. Tracks, analyzes and communicates product performance. Recommend action plans to address variances in category performance against annual plan. Assess market competition and maintain excellent awareness of the customers’ needs, market products and trends. Develop and manage existing products
Makes recommendations and decisions regarding product objectives and strategy, positioning, pricing, packaging, promotions, advertising and product lifecycle.
Work in hands with the Ops team to provide information and direction for planning, forecasting and managing inventories across channels.
Define the product marketing communication strategy in hands with the Comms team, work with them to develop all communication materials and influence the marketing calendar to meet products performance expectations.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and sales team to develop product sales and distribution strategies, and follow the performance.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, reports and analyses.

Coordinate the development of new products

Provide guidance to R&D team on future product development, analyse proposed product requirements and product development plans, and recommend the nature and scope of future products. Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume. Develop go-to-market strategy and plans with sales, communication and production team to introduce and market new products (optimize specific value propositions, develop relevant communication and distribution strategy and plans, packaging development, operations and supply chain requirements.)

Profil recherché

BAC +5, you have at least 3-4 years experience as a Marketing Product Manager in the F&B industry. You have a proven experience in leading a very successful development and growth for a new product, or experience in product management of a product with high revenues.

You’re excited about our vision to reshape the food industry, and want to build a strong brand for the future of food through the products. You are a team player, you have strong communication skills and you have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines. You have a strong data-driven mindset and will excel yourself to increase our performances. You like new challenges and are focused on achieving ambitious targets. You have excellent project management, execution, and prioritizing skills You have the ability to think creatively, with vision. You are curious and passionate, and you are a strong sensitivity to build the brand image through products. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to shake certitudes. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and solve hard problems.
