We are currently looking for a new colleague Digital Marketing Manager, with a focus on Industrial Gases – Food Segment, to join our team. You can be located at any of our locations in Europe (preference would be Diegem/Belgium) and will report in to our Business Manager Marketing Food, Cryo & Water.

Position summary:
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will have an exciting role to develop our (digital) journey to excellence in marketing in Europe by leading the strategy for our industrial gas activities in the European Food Business. You will strengthen our sustainability focus in our portfolio with the objective to further develop our digital marketing strategy and increase our gas business in the European Food industry and grow profitable sales.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop an annual marketing strategy and plans and ensure they are executed on time and within budget.Develop and implement new digital marketing formats.Lead new product launches using novel digital tools and channels to market.Provide guidance for regional marketing teams in Europe to implement the strategy into tactical plans.Assess and quantify market trends and new market opportunities in Europe.Develop and manage innovation pipeline with focus on sustainability.Assess and track profitability of our European food business and performance of our offering portfolio.Lead innovation and improvement of marketing and sales enablement tools ( eg. digital focus).Define the communication strategy for the food segment.

You’ll have:

A relevant Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree.Proven experience in Digital Marketing, online channels and a solid understanding of digital customer journeys.Relevant experience in a technical environment and a strong ability to learn and understand the Industrial Gases/Food segment business.Strong communication and relationship development skills.A strategic mind and a can-do mentality and know how to transform ideas into actions.You are proficient in the English language, other additional languages such as French, Dutch, German or Spanish are helpful.
