As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager EMEA & APAC.
You will be aligned with product marketing team to help create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events to ensure pipeline goals are met.
Proven experience in various marketing functions, including demand generation, regional event planning and execution, as well as online and traditional marketing, is required.
You need the ability to craft an effective marketing plan and execute on that plan with actionable results and you need to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever is needed to get your job done!
Develop quarterly integrated marketing plans to support our product initiatives focused on driving pipeline across the business segments
Work closely with product marketing to launch relevant local campaigns focused on sales velocity, engagement from target market accounts, and new bookings
Drive creative processes, database strategy, program execution, as well as report and measure the success of these activities
Produce campaign recap summaries (i.e., conversion rates, webinar and event registrants / attendees, email and event campaign metrics, etc.) in order to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns
Contribute to weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success
Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other available information to target segments and generate sales qualified leads
Fill the top of the sales funnel with new leads and nurture existing prospects to meet defined goals for quantities and conversion rates
Analyze the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to formulate ideas and approaches to optimize cost effective pipeline acceleration across different customer segments and personas
Be a singular point of contact for various stakeholders to ensure cross-functional communication is happening in order to gain buy-in and participation in marketing programs
Report on ROI for all marketing activities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent experience is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in high technology B2C/B2B enterprise software or SaaS required
Experience working in marketing with proven success and high initiative in the creation and execution of effective demand generation marketing campaigns
Familiarity with sales operations, reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIs Marketo & Salesforce experience required
Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
Ability to manage large detailed projects to tight timelines
Responds under pressures of time and uncertainty
