At Alkemics every day is different and your mission will include:


Our ideal Digital Marketing Manager will be essential in handling the entire inbound marketing strategy at Alkemics, with the goal of addressing a few targeted accounts and converting numerous freemium users to premium customers.

You will own the full cycle of: generating leads, coordinating the marketing & inside/field sales processes, and turning all content assets into business arguments and marketing campaigns in order to help drive Alkemics to exponential growth.

More precisely, you will:

Define the digital marketing strategy, with the support of our VP Marketing Work on SEO/SEA topics Orchestrate the whole cycle, from content creation to closing, with the Sales Teams Design and manage an ABM strategy, hand in hand with the Sales Team Launch campaigns on new markets in order to expand Alkemics’ presence in France and internationally Contribute to Alkemics’ website positioning and evolution Focus on generating leads and revenue, while ensuring effective tracking of campaigns Help take our Hubspot usage to the next level Leverage social networks to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects

Requirements

What we are looking for in you:

You are a Hubspot and its CRM integration (ideally Salesforce) know-it-all SEO/SEA expertise Excellent writing skills and a creative mindset Business-savvy and can quickly understand business objectives and challenges Excellent time management skills, and comfortable organising projects 4-7 years of Marketing experience, looking for an impactful startup experience Able to keep cool and comfortable with a changing environment You like numbers, and are very analytical (you find conversion metrics sexy) Strong understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing Knowledge of the retail industry would be very appreciated Transparent by nature, with a can do attitude (just in case you didn’t catch it above!) You have lots of energy, and get excited by being a revenue champion for Alkemics Fluent in French
