What you do
You will be working with Roadside Steering and Performance, which provides consistent and comprehensive performance management and business steering support to the Roadside (RSA) Line of Business (LoB) CEO. As part of the team you evaluate continuously the strategic portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with the LoB overall strategic goals, support the localisation of the strategy ad identify any potential gaps in operational implementation and work with all functions to assess and remove any roadblocks and dependencies preventing the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
